The Winter Games!

We are stronger, together.

What are the Winter Games?

The Winter Games is our follow-up to the summer GAUNTLET event. This time.. with a twist. You will pick your partner and conquer The Winter Games as a team. For this 12-part timed partner race you will complete each event as a tag team.

There will be four classes of racers:
Men's Competitive
Women's Competitive
Co-ed Competitive
​Complete

The race is designed to level the playing field of different body types and push all competitors to the edge. Competitors, see how you to stack up to the local athletes. Recreational racers, prove to yourself you have what it takes to conquer The Winter Games! 

Sound too intense? We also have a COMPLETE category, cutting 25% off each station and pairing you up against others focusing on one thing -- finishing the challenge!
The Winter Games are for EVERYONE!
For those of you who love a bit of competition and want to see how far you can take yourself, the COMPETE challenge is just for you!
If your looking to embark on a new challenge and see if you have what it takes to complete 75% of each station, the COMPLETE challenge will test you with others looking to crush the same goal -- FINISH! 

How does it work?

Each heat will consist of 4 teams. You will trade off whenever you need in order to complete the 12 events as quickly as possible! Anticipated time is approximately 1 hour. 

Event #1
Ski-Erg (100 calories)

Teams will need to complete 100 calories of this grueling full-body cardio machine.

Event #2
​Punching Bags (20ft)

Picture
Get ready to come out swinging! Each time you punch the bag, it will move an inch or so. Move the back 20ft, and you're there!

Event #3
​Med-Ball Slams (100)

Picture
Full extension, catch it on the bounce, and get in the rhythm to crank out 100 ball slams. Balls are varying weight from 15-30, first come first serve.

Event #4
​Stall Bar Sit Ups (100)

Picture
Feet elevated, hands to toes, shoulders must come back and touch the ground! Get ready to feel the burn!!

Event #5
​Air Bikes ​(100 Calories)

Picture
One of the most challenging pieces of cardio equipment. Strategize wisely as you and your partner tag-team this station!

Event #6
Hex Bar Deadlifts (100)

Picture
Weights must touch the ground and come to full extension! Men: 115lb. Women: 85lb

Event #7
​Push Press (100)

Picture
Don't forget to use your legs! Arms must come to full extension! ​Men: 55lb. Women: 35lb.

Event #8
​Burpees (50)

Picture
Chest to the floor, feet must leave the ground! Just a quick 50 burpees.

Event #9
​Suspended Rows (75)

Picture
Distance will be marked during the competition. Must come to full extension, hands to chest on the way up!!

Event #10
​Switch Steps (200)

Picture
One foot always stays on the box, legs must come to full extension! Get ready to feel the burn!!

Event #11
Rowers (100 Calories)

Picture
The final piece of cardio equipment in this competition! You and your partner need to crank out 100 calories and you are almost there!

Event #12
​Reverse Lunges (100)

Picture
Weighted reverse lunges. Balls range from 10-14lbs, first come first serve! Ball must not rest on your head, knee touches the floor on the lunge!

What's included?

Along with entry to one of the most adrenaline pumping races you have ever been a part of, you will also receive a t-shirt, recovery drink of choice, and some amazing BBQ!

What's Next?

Train! Get in shape and get ready to put your abilities to the test! Whether you are at Top Tier, or your own personal regime, you'll want to be in tip-top shape for this event! As we get closer to the event, you will receive information regarding competition day (i.e. heat time, updates, etc.). COMPETE heats start at 8:00AM followed by COMPLETE heats.

Race Time

The race will start at 8:00AM on Saturday, February 29th. You'll receive more info about your start time after you sign up!!
