Each meal you will eat for three days, then you'll switch to a new set of meals! This allows you to meal prep and stay consistent without getting sick of the food! One day out of the week is your 'free day'.
We don't believe in rewarding yourself bad food as a result of eating good food. But for one day, you can eat whatever you want as long as you still hit your calorie target. If you are on a weight loss plan, we don't want you eating 8,000 calories every Saturday and spending the next 4 days trying to burn it off!
We then dial in the diet to be optimized for your body.
Your age, gender, height, weight, activity level, and genetic build all factor in to how much you should eat.
These plans are designed to reduce your carbohydrate intake and have your body enter a state of ketosis. To simplify the process, once your body has depleted all of it's 'carbohydrate stores' then you start pulling from fat tissue for energy. This process is called 'Ketosis'.
