HOW WE PICK YOUR PLAN

Accountability

Now, the perfect plan will only take you so far, unless someone is making sure you staying on track!

​Our brain is wired to keep us comfortable and safe. And without some external accountability, we'll instinctively revert back to our bad habits.


That's why we have dedicated nutrition coaches that are responsible for guaranteeing you stay on track and are successful.

Using cutting-edge software, they will monitor your food log, weight, and body fat to ensure you are staying on track with your diet.

​If any tweaks need made to your plan, that will happen real-time. Rather than waiting 6-weeks only for nothing to happen!

Motivation

Transforming your body is enough motivation to get you reading this page, and probably enough to get started
..but when we're in the thick of it.. when it gets difficult.
We often need some 'extra' motivation to make accomplishing this goal fun and exciting.

The Ticket-System

So.. we are implementing something we simply call 'the ticket-system' to help give us that extra boost of motivation.
Each day you come to class, you'll receive a ticket. You write your name on it, drop it into the raffle wheel.. AND WIN PRIZES.

Earning Tickets

1.) Show up to Class
Each day you come to class you earn a ticket!

2.) Complete a Personal Challenge
Based on your initial evaluation and goals, you will have two personal challenges. Complete them to earn bonus tickets!

3.) Participate in Weekly Winter-Games Challenges
Each week we will have a winter games mini-challenge.
​You'll have two minutes to complete as many reps or calories of an exercise. Just participate and earn yourself a bonus ticket!
The full Winter-Games schedule will be released shortly!

Progressive Workouts

The six week program has the most effective and detailed workouts planned in order to optimize your time in the gym.

​Each week will have a new theme. As we progress from week to week, the theme gets more advanced.
Week 1 - Fundamentals
The focus for week 1 will be mastering the basics. These are exercises that are stables and all other exercises build off of. Now 'fundamentals' isn't synonymous with easy, even seasoned members should be ready to put their body to the test.
​

Week 2 - Stability & Balance
During week 2, you'll notice a heavy emphasis on working on our balance and stability. This strengthens connective tissue and provides a solid foundation for us to work on the weeks to come.

Week 3 - Speed
Get ready to get your heart pumping during week 3. Fast pace workouts formats combined with face pace exercises.
 

Week 4 - Strength
Time to build that muscle! We'll be going heavier on our movements and really feeling 'the burn' during week 4!

Week 5 - Power
Combining speed and strength into POWER.

Week 6 - Endurance
You're body is a finely tuned machine, ready to conquer anything. It's time to bump up the duration, and work on our endurance!

What's Next?

After you reserve your spot, you'll get an email within a couple of days so we can understand your goals and start developing a plan! 

During the week before the challenge, we will get a comprehensive set of measurements and make any adjustments we need.
 
You'll receive your meal plan & shopping list by the weekend before the challenge, this will give you time to prep before Monday!
